How does the free trial work?
Every new install starts with a 30-day free trial. A card is required up front, but nothing is charged until the trial ends — and you can cancel any time before that.
What counts as usage?
Nothing. The price is flat: sync as many subscriptions, contacts and companies as your Stripe and HubSpot accounts hold. We don't price on records synced or revenue processed.
Can I cancel? Do you offer refunds?
Yes — cancel any time from the in-app Customer Portal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. If the app isn't working for you in the first weeks, contact us and we'll make it right.
Which HubSpot tiers are supported?
Any HubSpot tier that supports app installs and workflows — including Starter and Professional. No HubSpot Enterprise requirement, and no Stripe Enterprise requirement either.
