Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, applications and services operated by AmpDeck ("AmpDeck", "we", "us"), including the Stripe Sync application for HubSpot (the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

1. The Service

Stripe Sync connects your Stripe and HubSpot accounts to synchronize subscription, billing and payment data between them, and lets authorized users take certain billing actions from within HubSpot. Features and limits are described in the product documentation.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must have the necessary rights and permissions in the connected HubSpot and Stripe accounts to install the Service and grant it access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your accounts and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Fees & trials

The Service is offered on a flat subscription basis. The current price, trial length and billing terms are shown on our pricing page. Trials require a payment method; charges begin when a trial converts to a paid subscription. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Third-party services

The Service depends on HubSpot and Stripe, and is subject to their terms, availability and rate limits. Changes made by those providers may affect how the Service operates. Stripe and HubSpot are trademarks of their respective owners; AmpDeck is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

5. Your data

We process account and billing data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. If you disconnect or uninstall, your data is handled per the retention and deletion terms in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right, to process data you have no right to process, or to attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.

7. Warranty & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that synchronization will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmpDeck's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms and will reflect material changes on this page with a new "Last updated" date. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or breach of these Terms.
